Also, don't exercise 3 days prior to your blood being drawn for creatinine and bun. Exercising can cause an increase in those levels. Also, drink good amounts of water since if you drink pop/coffee and so on it can dehydrate you and dehydration increases those levels too. I am referring to the creatinine and BUN levels.
