Guest guest
Re: Thyroid Hormone Secretion Pattern in Healthy Human Thyroid Function Secretion seems to be quite constant and blood levels are constant. L De Groot,MD Thyroid Hormone Secretion Pattern in Healthy Human Thyroid Function Dear Dr. DeGroot, Please be so kind as to tell me how the normal thyroid gland secretes T4 and T3 hormone throughout the day and night. What is the daily pattern of hormone secretion? Is it greatest in the morning, or more or less equal through the day/night? Thank you very much for this information. Peace, Beverly B. Guest guest
So that is why I respond so well on the multi-dosing that I do..... I dose (before I goofed up) five times per day.... once as I wake, once as I crawl in bed... then other three spaced out during the day..... I take Selenium in the morning, at midday and about an hour before bed time when I take my other supps.... to even out my 'conversion assist'..... Since I have no thyroid production of my own.... I am totally dependant on my dosing.... and that is why it's been so dramatic.. I don't have the slack times that I would have if I only dosed once or twice.... Hey... it also explains the muscle growth, better skin and hair, and faster healing of cuts and scrapes.... I've been giving my system a shot of thyroid when I go to sleep... we do 90 percent of our repair, healing and growth during sleep... making sure I dose as I go to bed assures that my body has what it needs to be doing the repairs, etc. during the sleep cycle. Thanks.... Big Grin... it's nice to understand the why...
