personal help to get my 3 yo to eat

HELP!!!!

This is something that I have struggled with for the past 2 years. He just

won't eat - unless it's chips or cookies. There is a handful of main dishes

he will eat - pizza or chicken nuggets being at the top of the list. He

refuses to take a vitamin or drink any other kind of supplement. Won't even

put milk in his mouth. I'm at my wits end. I'm looking at buying an Ellyn

Satter book, but which is the one that most recommend?
