It should be good for 7 days IF they stay in the frig and she only removes what

she is going to eat that day. That said it is like any perishable protein

product, mishandle it and there will be problems.

> Is it safe to peel hard cooked eggs in advance of eating? I have a friend who

likes to eat a hard cooked egg everyday so she cooks them on Sunday and peels

them all and stores them in a Tupperware container. I did see one reference on

the internet which said that if you peel an egg you should eat it the same day.

What is safe?
