Guest guest
Maggie, I know, or at least know OF several people who would have left the dog where he was. You are indeed this lucky little dog's rescuer as the lady from Houston would never have known about him if not for you. She, too, sounds like a lovely human being but don't sell yourself short! Jeanie Angie How are you and your family doing? Thank you for the kind things you said about what happened with my neighbors. I was appalled that one minute she was screaming for our help, and then she was upset because we got help for her. I probably should have posted about it sooner; I feel so much better having " let it out " . I held it in, thinking it was none of my business and it shouldn't affect me like that. I'd never witnessed anyone getting ran over before. The little black dog was not rescued by me, but by the lady who came from Houston. I just fed him and kept him warm for a couple of days. That dog must be or have a guardian angel. I certainly didn't do anything special for him; no one in their right mind could have passed by him and left him there on the road.
