Guest guest
I'm going to do a cooking lesson on nutritious/healthful tailgating for the Wounded Warriors here at Fort Riley. I've been going through my 6887 emails looking for vitamin D recs for my pg co-worker and came across this one.... Jackie, do you have a recipe for the baked poppers and moose nachos.... maybe using something other than moose since they're in short supply down here in Kansas. Anyone have other ideas for me to pass on the my Soldiers? Many have tbi's, ptsd and other assorted healing injuries. Many are far from home and live in the brand new WTB (warrior transition battalion) barracks, but they have fairly complete kitchens unlike the regular barracks. Re: in preparation for Super Bowl Sunday To: rd-usa Date: Thursday, February 4, 2010, 5:52 PM Jump up and down at every play. Air squats and jumping can help burn off some of those extra calories (and decrease blood clots from sitting too long). Challenge your friends to pushup or situp competitions during commercials. Use individual serving bowls & plates instead of putting out the bag or a big bowl (cuts down on mindless eating). Lots of fizzy water inbetween the sodas/beers.
