I know it is confusing but since VVS refers to vulvar vestibulitis in general usage I just came up with the VV as my own abbreviation. I believe I have the Dysesthetic Vulvodynia which is characterized as involving nerves and sometimes there is no outward manifestation or appearance of anything amiss.
