It IS totally frustrating... because even though I might be lax at my own

grammar and speech etc., I am one of those that tend to find too many errors in

the newspaper if you know what I mean... I understood when I began this

profession that there were going to be times that I might have to make the

doctor look a bit more polished (to say the least) but since I began working for

this company 2-1/2 years ago I have YET to be able to " help them out " because of

this situation...Hence they look like bubble-gum chomping teens and I type

cringingly.. :)

Even worse, if you are keeping a portfolio of your work (sans identifying

information) for resume purposes, the last thing you'd want to include

would be one of those documents! Sheesh!
