Dear RD, RD (eligible), DTR, DTR (eligible) Colleagues:

Your assistance is needed.

If you are interested in participating, please send me your favorite recipes.

After all recipes have been submitted and analyzed, I will be publishing: “The

Dietetics Professionals Cookbook”. You may submit as many recipes as you would

like and as many as you would like in each category. Half of the cookbook

proceeds will go to the children and adults afflicted with Cerebral Palsy at the

National Foundation. The categories for the cookbook are listed below:

During my career, I have participated in many community activities and

functions, which have been very rewarding. Each Sunday, I have posted a

“Healthy Recipe” on my bog as a way to say Thank you” to my followers’ for their

dedication and readership. My blog-feed goes in many directions. As my way to

say thank you to each of you for your recipe submissions to the cookbook project

for Cerebral Palsy, I will feature one of my colleagues-- each Sunday -- instead

of me. All participant submissions will each receive one Guest Chef Appearance

with photo, biography and recipe. Therefore, I need you to submit your

favorite recipe and your biography to me by the deadline submission date, which

is each Friday at 5pm. You will receive free publicity and I will feature you

as a: Guest Chef on my Blog along with your recipe each Sunday, starting, next

Sunday, February 22, 2009 for free. Your can also send recipes for the cookbook

even if you don't want a guest chef appearance on the blog, but indicate that

for administrative purposes.
