Any personal experiences with C-2 & C-3 spinal cord compression?

Hi,

I saw Dr. Heffez on June 6-7. He was found my C-2 & C-3 pressing against my

spinal cord. My films show no stenosis or chiari. He wants me to get

posture and body mechanics first and if that does not work possibly surgery.

Has anyone gone thru posture & body mechanics? What is it exactly and did it

help?

He suggested I get a 2nd opinion from Rosner. I am not sure if that is only

because I live in NC or because he had to run more test before I left to find

my problem.

Any info greatly appreciated.
