NCC: Breaking Up Paragraphs

I'd just like to second Kathleen's recommendations for breaking up paragraphs. I

was an English major who later received a degree in journalism. I had to learn

how to write differently in the journalism classes than I did when I wrote in

English classes. One thing I was taught was that people can read what is written

better if the paragraphs are kept small. Studies have shown this to be true. . .

so break it up!

Also, occasionally we have people who type in all capital letters. That is very

difficult to read.
