Hi and EveryOne,

I tried these several years ago but I found the Nutri-meds brand of Porcine

Thyroid stronger so I took that instead. However I never took enough of

either one!!! I just took maybe one or two a day or something like that.

When I went on Armour I felt an immediate and wonderful difference but maybe

if I had taken a lot of the Nutri-meds capsules it would have been the same,

I don't know. I still have some and I still take the Nutri-meds Adrenal

Glandular two a day with the Isocort.

***Note these do have " Pituitary Tissue " , pituitary is the brain. These cows

don't have Mad Cow but I would be careful.

Is this what you were taking before that you took bunches of and then

when you swithched to Armour you took so much less? This is not the same

and what I was taking... I was taking thyroid glandular only, in 2 grain

tabs....

Nutri-meds is partly an unknown, though they do inform us that it's

from pig thyroid. They can't actually give us direct information

because it would then become under the guidelines of a drug. Now,

with the limited info we do get, it's OTC.

For folks who are in dire straits and can't afford a doc's visit to

get a script, I would recommend it.

Or, if your doc is severely ignorant and won't give you enough of

Armour, it's another option to add to your Armour. I would certainly

do that that if I was in those shoes!!!

(BUT, if you can do what it take to afford a doc's visit, and get

enough Armour, I would stick with Armour alone.)
