Give yourself a big pat on the back! Way to go!

I had to laugh though on the bit about the toast...lol

I am the very same way. I made my son toast this morning and as I

put some butter on it...just sniffing it was hard. :-(

The day will come though...just waiting....

On the artificial sweetners..I use Splenda in my coffee and do ok but

if I drink one of those Diet Rite sodas or other things sweetened

with it it gives me a mild headache.

Dont like the taste of any of the others so I will just do without or

have a headache...

--oh that is just too funny! I had my first piece of toast yesterday

with 2 soft boiled eggs for breakfast and it was glorious!!! And for

mid morning snack I had my first piece of fruit again( 1/2 navel

orange) I savored every morsel...Enjoy! It's crazy isn't it!!
