Guest guest Posted June 2, 2002 Report Share Posted June 2, 2002 I'm wanting to verify how to supplement zinc. Are you supposed to give it with calcium or without calcium? Only on Kirkman's website does it say that it should not be given with calcium because it effects zinc's absorption. But I haven't heard that anywhere else.
