Guest guest Posted October 27, 2002 Report Share Posted October 27, 2002 219!!!!!!!! I made my goal for october and I still have a week left.... Now I'll just maintain for the week... My new goals for the coming week is to continue exercising 4x/week, walking the levee whenever possible, and to continue eating healthy. I can't believe I lost 18 pounds!!!!..my next goal is to lose a total of 20 pounds so only 2 more pounds. I figure if I make little goals like this then I can reach them faster and not try to kill myself to lose so much weight in a month. My big goal was to be 200 by 1/1/03 but I know that I wont reach that (19 pounds in 2months?!) so now it's as close as I can get (maybe 210) anything is better than where I was!!!! ANd I figure the slower it comes off the better it will stay off. Well have to go get the girls up to take them to their dads b/c I have to go to work at McDs. I hope everyone has a great day with their lifestyle changes and have a wonderful exercise session (that includes you too Ang!!!
