Guest guest Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 The SBD book says that Sour Dough bread is acceptable on SBD as well as rye and pumpernickel. Are these ok, even if they contain enriched flour? The reasoning in the book was because they contain some sort of acid that slows down the digestion of these types of breads.
