Guest guest
Every now and then I like to indulge in something that is delicious and a little more expensive, but I think I am worth it. You lmight like this suggestion, too. The next time you are at your grocer go to the sea food counter and ask the person behind the counter to steam you a pound of shrimp with bay seasoning or Savannah seasoning, which ever he/she has, and after it is steamed have them pack the finished product in ice to cool it down. You don't want shrimp to cook too long. Get some good sea food sauce and a large salad, maybe a Greek salad with olives or a house salad. While you are at it you might as well get some beer, say at least a couple of bottles of Michelob Ultra. Now when you get home pull out a dish for the shrimp shells you will peal off the shrimp and discard, a lot of napkins, a bowl of shrimp or sea food sauce and start shelling and dipping along with snacking on that salad with dressing to your liking. While indulging ing this delicious treat, drink a couple of bottles of beer. I could eat a pound of shrimp by myself, but my wife always limits me to just a half pound. Now just belch and gloat! Wasn't that good? It only contained less than 20 grams of carbs or maybe even 15 grams of carbs for the whole thing.
