In preparation for Phase 2, I looked today at the fat-free yogurts. I was looking for ones without added sugar. But, all of the flavored ones I saw had "Fructose Syrup" or some crystallized something (can't remember the term)

Now, I did see online about a new yogurt by Dannon called "Light 'n Fit Carb Control". Here are the ingredients for the peach one:

Water, ultra-filtered skim milk, cream, peach, contains less than 1% of whey protein concentrate, modified corn starch, Kosher gelatin, natural and artificial flavors, annatto extract (for color),sucralose, potassium sorbate (to maintain freshness), malic acid, sodium citrate, Red 40. Contains Active Yogurt Cultures.

Now, Sucralose is Splenda, right? So, would this be Ok for Phase 2 (if I could find it in the stores)

So, those of you who enjoy 4oz of non-fat, no sugar added yogurt in Phase 2... what brand do you eat?
