Wow Gena!

Sounds like you really do get a good workout on your treadmill. I

know sometimes after I warm-up on the bicycle I go to the treadmill

and I really just walk at about 3.2. Depending on my mood..

sometimes I start jogging at a pretty good speed near 5.0 I know a

good friend of mine said you should be brisk walking close to 4.2. I

am planning to work myself up to there. :) In the meantime just

getting excersize in on a daily routine is feeling good!

Dianne,

A regular basis........ that is my thing too. Having the cat emergency

the week before didn't help but I'm trying. I've been getting on the

tread more regular, now just have to go longer, then I'll be happy. I'm

hoping to get up to 6.0 mph by spring. We'll see.:-)
