weekly and monthly goals

I can't believe that we are already in November!!! Well my monthly

goals are to exercise and my mini november goal is to reach 217 (only

1 pound) - this will bring me to the 20 pounds lost mark!!! I'm sooo

excited. Then my next goal is 215 - no reason just the half way point

between 220 and 210 (I like the sound of that 210!!!) I haven't been

there in about 4 years!!! So maybe by 1/1/03 I will get within 10

pounds of my goal of 200!!! I will be happy with what ever I get to

by then b/c I know that I'm working hard on losing.

Now for my weekly goals::: exercise 5x at least 7 miles ( now I have

no excuse b/c of the treadmill that my brother in law said he's going

to put together tomorrow), drink more water, eat healthy, and stay

positive!! I think that's about all for now.

Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow - and remember drink your water

and get yourself moving!!! Talk to you all later
