Guest guest
What are these?? I've never even heard of them. Are they supposed to have the " slow cooked taste of a crockpot meal " or are they things you actually cook in a crockpot?? I looked and do not see anything listed for Gluten but I am not sure if I am missing something. Has anyone used these are checked into them? They feed 5 people for only about $5. It is a nice thing for a busy sports night when I am busy working. Sure beats having to mix up a whole meal in the crock pot if we have a busy day ahead of us but a lot cheaper than eating out!

Guest guest
Yes they are in the frozen section. I am not sure if they are gluten free for sure. They do not list wheat in the allergy section like the other two flavors do but I have asked if they are free of Barley, Rye, and Oats. As soon as I hear from them I will let you know. If anyone else has any experience please let me know. Thanks!
