Guest guest
We have a menu planner that you can use: http://www.foodandhealth.com/subscriber FEB Heart09 I can let you use it for the rest of February if you like - it has over 800 of our recipes and allows you to build breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts that are all healthy and easy to make - and then you print out the menu with recipes and nutritional analysis. You can see how many calories you have when you add those items.
