Yesterday there were 2 postings from women who believed that soy consumption

made their fibroids grow. Three years after a myomectomy I now have 2 small

fibroids. I recently went to a naturopathic physician who recommended soy

consumption to shrink fibroids. She also prescribed Chinese herbs. I have

just started so there haven't been any changes so far.

Has anyone else had experience with soy consumption and fibroid growth or

shrinkage?

Margaret

I have heard contradictory information about Soy! I

also went out and bought soy nuts, soy yogurt, soy

milk and other items containing soy and then ran

across an article that said soy could be a cluprit in

fibroids, something about increasing the estrogen

levels, so I nixed the soy! Each person is diff! and

our bodies respond differently so who knows what to

eat! Cardboard I guess!! I also heard the wheat

products aren't good for fibroids!! Piece of cardboard

anyone?? LOL...Sky
