Guest guest
Stacey, The soy sauce we use is from Eden and it is GF. It's very good, but salty. I like low sodium best, but I think it's too much to ask to be GF and low salt! I got it at Whole Foods, our local healthy food store. Hi - Anyone know a worchesire sauce that is GF? ALso - is there any GF soy sauce out there? Thanks in advance. Your help and guidance has been tremendous since we joined this group a month or so ago. I have a fairly thorough food list thanks to all of you! I really appreciate it! Stacey Luetmer - mom to na, age 6 with celiac

Guest guest
Lea & Perrins Worchesterchire sauce is gluten free. Also, La Choy is supposedly a GF soy sauce. I buy a wheat-free tamari at Wholefoods. Take care, Elaine Ron & Stacey Luetmer wrote: > Hi - > Anyone know a worchesire sauce that is GF? ALso - is there any GF soy > sauce out there?
