Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm on day 4 of Phase one. I am a sugar and carb addict so I thought it would be impossible for me to do this. But, I have to say it's not as bad as I thought. My biggest problem is that I find that I'm getting really hungry even between snacks. I mean, I feel like my blood sugar is starting to drop so I have to eat. So I'm worried that I'm eating too much, because the only things that seem to calm it down are cheese and natural peanut butter. Also, I thought I could drink skim milk, but then realized it's not until P2. I'm breastfeeding my son. Not often, maybe 4 times a day, but could this be why I'm so hungry? It's only day 4, so I'm hoping this gets better. I can't wait for Phase 2!! Any suggestions would be great! Thanks, debbie
Guest guest
Debbie -I think someone posted and updated list the other day for phase 1 and it had milk on it... go back and read the post for the past couple of days... Snack all you want on allowed foods. Maybe since you are nursing you are using it faster than what the rest of us are. bye Sherry > Hi everyone, > > I'm on day 4 of Phase one. Guest guest
I have good news for you - I don't remember the source but I know I have seen in several places that nursing moms should go to Ph 2. Also, if you're hungry - eat. new and hungry!! Hi everyone,I'm on day 4 of Phase one. I am a sugar and carb addict so I thought it would be impossible for me to do this.
