Well, today was my weigh in. I knew it wasn't going to be good. But

decided to hop on anyway. 215. No gain, no loss. Guess I didn't do

too bad as I was extramely stressed from work this week, I didnt'

exercise at all, and I didnt' make the best food choices either. Oh

well, this week is another week! I am going to have to work extra

hard to meet my goal of 210 by 11/1! :)

Hope everyone else had a better week! *hugs*
