Guest guest
Elise asked (RE: side fibroid is on-Elise, 11 Apr) " What is the Mifepristone study? " Mifepristone is a promising looking drug therapy, though we don't know enough yet about its long term use and you can't or shouldn't get pregnant while using it. It's an antiprogesterone. Very limited availability at present, through medical trials such as the one in Rochester. If you search the archives for mifepristone and for RU-486 you'll find more informative messages, including messages from Heleen LeRoux, coordinator of the Mifepristone study in Rochester, NY. (maybe she'll even be one of the other list members to reply to your query)
