For me, the logic seems that if you sublingual the thyroid dose and get

it actively in your system... then wait about an hour do the iron... then

iron is in the stomach and has to do all the breakdown, digestion

absorption stuff.... the thyroid is already active in the blood and doing

it's thing and such before the iron even hits the blood stream....

Your thyroid is done three times a day.. so that's roughly, what, 4, 6 or

8 hours apart... depending on how late you do your last dose... so it

should work .....

IMHO

Until late the next morning, the swooshing heartbeat in my ears went away I guess

sometime after I went to sleep, was shakey until around noon with a fast pulse

rate.It was a first and scarey. I cut back 1 gr for awhile.

HI, I have taken my meds sublingually now and have broken up my doses into 4 a

day instead of 2. I want you all to know that I felt so much better yesterday

and today. I am still not 100% but at least I had the drive to get things done.

I had more energy and pep.

I am still going to get the adrenal support, dhea and I will get my progesterone

cream at the health food store. I was using happy PMS ( I know a funny name)

but it worked wonderfully. Thank you all again. And I will be in touch and let

you all know how much it is working.

Merry Christmas all!!!!!!

Patti, take it easy.. don't make the mistake that I made, and some

others... you get to feeling so good that you over do your body's limits

and wear yourself out.... take it a bit easy and get back into the groove

slowly until your body catches up, gets stronger and can keep up with all

the stuff that you feel like doing!

I can take you quite a bit backwards when you have to recover your body

from feeling so good....

On that note YIPPPPEEEEE that you're getting closer to being the real

you again!

What a great Christmas present.... not just for you.. but for all of us

that are still working on getting things 'fixed'.. every time someone

fits another puzzle piece it gives the rest of us the UMPHH to keep

searching....
