Guest guest
Hi, Sounds like Cleary's or cleareez IMPRESSION: This is a 44-year-old female who presents with fever, chills, and (s/l Cleary’s or cleareez) urinary tract infection consistent with pyelonephritis. The patient has received IV antibiotics and will likely need IV antibiotics for two to three days. She will start on ciprofloxacin pending the results of her urine culture. The patient will be rechecked tomorrow and will be carefully instructed to return sooner with increased pain, vomiting, fevers, chills, or other problems.
