Guest guest
What is everyone's opinion about NutriSystem? It seems every other client I see is on it, although they don't necessarily like the meals. I tell them that it is high in sodium and, depending on the meal, not very balanced, but that if the portion control helps them lose weight and they are not hypertensive, it might work for them. While on this topic, does anyone have any home delivery meal replacement programs they would recommend? DietToGo is the only one I can find with a dietitian on staff, but unfortunately, doesn't serve my area. > > Costco will begin selling the NutriSystem diet products and services in its > stores. Guest guest
Patients I have that have tried do not care for it. Poor quality food is one complaint I have heard. It is not tailored to the individuals' needs. Judy D. Guest guest
leViv (www.leviv.com) is a meal delivery program primarily focused on health and well-being for those who are living with chronic disease. It's also for people who are looking to eat more healthfully. The food is great, created by an east coast chef, whole foods based. Guest guest
I've been seening a few products at Big Lots for the past few months. Haven't tried any of them. They don't look appetizing to me. I haven't looked at any of the labels. For being at an outlet store, they didn't seem like very good prices.
