thanks everyone who answered my plea for help on the

question of shame. I printed out the answers and it

helped. I have been meaning to answer each person with

which things they said that I liked and things it

brought up for me, in my usual conscienscious and

thorough manner, but each time I sit down to do it the

task just seems too overwhelming, so I'll just say

Thanks. This is a big subject for me.

I love this list! Imagine- you can ask for help and

support and that's actually what you GET! Go figure.
