Thanks, Bev for the info. I just got some ADRENAL CAPS, SOLARAY brand from the health food store for 8.99 60 caps. The ingredients are: Adrenal (bovine) 340 mg Eleuthero (eleutheroccus senticosus)(root) 200mg Licorice (Glycrrhiza glabra)(root) 130 mg Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica)(aerial) 65 mg Clove (Syzgium aromaticum) (flower) 35 mg Is this the same? When I did a google search there were lots of brands. Not sure which one is good or if there is a difference. Colette

My sleep has been lousy too. I was doing pretty well until this last week or so- tired in the am and napping in the afternoon.

Guest guest
Also try this. Divide your Armour dose more throughout the day. For example, take one grain upon rising, the second in them middle of the morning, the third around noon, the fourth by 2 pm. You could probably stand that T3 during the day and not later. If you do try that, let us know if it makes a difference. It appears to for some. Also, take your isocort in the morning too, or with your four doses during the day. That can make a difference, too. I take all six of mine with breakfast right now.
