Guest guest
Hi, I'd like to share the good news with you guys today! I just had a hysterosonogram (3-D ultrasound) this afternoon to confirm my uterus after almost two months from the 2nd septoplasty . My uterus cavity is now completely single and normal in size. I have a very little septum leftover which is only 1/2 cm at the top under the fundus. All the uterine lining including the one over the residual septum looks normal, too. My uterus is shaped a bit almost like a heart. My doctor said that my chances of carrying a pregnancy to full term have increased significantly. My doctor just gave me a green light to start TTC now. He also noticed a tiny cyst on the ovary which could indicate ovulation. My BBT has shifted over 1 degree this morning! Does that mean I'm actually ovulating? I don't know if this could be true cuz I forgot to take the BBT right away when I woke up. So I took it after a hot shower in the morning and I don't know if it would be still valid. For those of you with septate uterus, I believe that your uterus could get corrected surgically and your chances of a normal pregnancy would increase significantly. I am gonna start TTC from now on and will keep you posted. Rita formerly septate uterus, now normal uterus
