Guest guest
Hi there! I found asthenopia in Taber's meaning a weakness or tiring of the eyes accompanied by pain, headache, and dimness of vision. That's as close as I could get to your s/l right now; if anything else pops in my mind, I will let you know. This asthenopia can be muscular in origin since you mentioned left anterior versus inferior quadrant. Just a guess! CVA term Anyone: patient had a CVA with residual left s/l anterior vs (inverior?) quadrant s/l entinopia??? Thanks.
