Hi there! I found asthenopia in Taber's meaning a weakness or tiring of the

eyes accompanied by pain, headache, and dimness of vision. That's as close

as I could get to your s/l right now; if anything else pops in my mind, I

will let you know. This asthenopia can be muscular in origin since you

mentioned left anterior versus inferior quadrant. Just a guess! :)

CVA term

Anyone: patient had a CVA with residual left s/l anterior vs (inverior?)

quadrant s/l entinopia???
