Guest guest
LOL I was actually wondering this myself. I was on the Atkins diet months and months ago, and lost a good ammount of weight and even though these two diets are a little similiar, I am stumped as well! LOL! Do you know if you can have Low carb pasta on this? In the first two weeks? I bought some Atkins pasta a week or so ago and now I'm unsure what to do with it. > Could some folks share what they are doing for snacks? I used > to be on Atkins where I had bars to grab out of the pantry. > I now have turkey, broccoli, bell pepper, and such to grab. > Any other ideas? > I tried the cheese stuff suggested as a dessert in the book. > I couldn't get beyond the grainy feel it had. Can it be melted > on the stove to get this out? > I also am lactose intolerent and am a little concerned this may > get out of hand again. Anyone else with this problem? > Man, I'm full of questions, huh? > Thanks in advance, > Sally
