I drink tea every morning (2 big mugs) and have had no problems.

Caffeine causes some people to have cravings. You'll have to decide for

yourself how it affects you. You aren't supposed to have any alcohol in

the first 2 weeks. After that you can have wine - red wine I think. If

I were you, I'd skip the drinks this weekend.

Coffee, yes. Still do.

We held off on all liquor until Phase 2. Beer is completely verboten - it

has tons of sugars in it due to the malt used in the brewing. Hard liquor is

better, and red wine is best.

Coffee, yes. Still do.
