Guest guest
I drink tea every morning (2 big mugs) and have had no problems. Caffeine causes some people to have cravings. You'll have to decide for yourself how it affects you. You aren't supposed to have any alcohol in the first 2 weeks. After that you can have wine - red wine I think. If I were you, I'd skip the drinks this weekend. On Tue, 01 Jun 2004 12:20:06 -0000 " dd19073 " writes: > I am starting the diet today, well I already have. Coffee, yes. Still do. We held off on all liquor until Phase 2. Beer is completely verboten - it has tons of sugars in it due to the malt used in the brewing. Hard liquor is better, and red wine is best. -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@...
