I am just thinking of some meal ideas that I know I like and that

would be easy to make.

I bought some chicken breast the other night. Is it okay to grill

that in a frying pan and put some cheese, bacon, and a bit of ranch

dressing on it?

I've been having lean ham and mustard, along with green beans. What

else can I do to spice up the ham a little.

What can you mix in w/ lean hamburger patties to make them more

interesting? Where can I get Phase 1 appropriate BBQ sauce? Is low

fat cheese okay to put on my burger patties?

Is lean turkey breast okay?

What other ideas that can easily be fixed in the microwave? I don't

have much time right now as I am working a lot of hours. Like 70 per

week. I am rarely home for meals, and don't have access to a fridge,

just my cooler.

Thanks for your help, everyone!

Make sure the cheese is lowfat and the bacon is turkey bacon.

Try salsa on the ham or burgers.

Good luck!
