Guest guest
I am just thinking of some meal ideas that I know I like and that would be easy to make. I bought some chicken breast the other night. Is it okay to grill that in a frying pan and put some cheese, bacon, and a bit of ranch dressing on it? I've been having lean ham and mustard, along with green beans. What else can I do to spice up the ham a little. What can you mix in w/ lean hamburger patties to make them more interesting? Where can I get Phase 1 appropriate BBQ sauce? Is low fat cheese okay to put on my burger patties? Is lean turkey breast okay? What other ideas that can easily be fixed in the microwave? I don't have much time right now as I am working a lot of hours. Like 70 per week. I am rarely home for meals, and don't have access to a fridge, just my cooler. Thanks for your help, everyone! Guest guest
Make sure the cheese is lowfat and the bacon is turkey bacon. Try salsa on the ham or burgers. Good luck!
