The pt has a ___ " papillomacular or papillar macular* rash on his abdomen. My

spellchecker accepts the first one but I wasn't able to confirm it in any ref

book.

1. Start Cortisporin prior to __s/l *effecting* skin area b.i.d. and if not

improving then may consider a referral to dermatology.

uterus and megaly is enlarged. Hope this helps, and hopefully someone else

can get the " stirocytosis " .
