We can't always control the food we will have around the house- and they do mention in the book that it is ok... if it does not happen all the time- some days are just like that- and the extra stress of lack of sleep probably has a factor. Our awareness is impared when we are tired. I would be stressed out to - going back to work after being gone for a month. just try and remember the basics... and keep at it- and it will become second nature.
