Wish I could figure out a way to lose this last ~25 lbs though... I lost 8 pounds on Phase 1, not a really stellar amount, and then on Phase 2 I haven't lost a thing in at least 3 weeks now and I'm beginning to believe I just won't lose anything except on Phase 1, which is hard to tolerate for many more than 2 weeks. But I am feeling quite well with this way of eating, so I'm going to stick with it. I've been trying to go kind of Phase 1-1/2, that is, somewhat less grains and fruit than in Phase 2 but more than the NONE in Phase 1. Still no results. Will be seeing my endocrinologist within the next month and maybe he will have some ideas what this is all about. That's because I have rheumatoid arthritis which affects both my energy level and movement. Drinking lots of water, though--thats GOOD!!
