NO! You have not been a pain in the butt!! We've been where you are

in differing ways. You can't imagine how sick sick I was just 1 1/2

years ago. Searching and stumbling all over the place. I've been

there. And now I am here. You will be too. WE LOVE YOU!!

You're not a pain, Jewel... you are just trying to figure out your

puzzle.. and that's what we're all here for... to get our puzzles figured

out. You wouldn't believe how much I've learned by hearing what others

are going through and tweaking myself......

.... and besides... we're all selfish.... We want to be there the morning

you wake up and go WOW!!!

*wink*

We had a pretty good snow over night...

This is about the one year anniversary of my crash last year... I was

falling down trying to walk to the bathroom, I couldn't peel two potatoes

without my hands cramping. I was scared... that was the night that I

found the Immune System Group and begged for help because I couldn't

figure out what was wrong.....

I went out and shoveled the deck this morning when I got up. I took my

first thyroid dose, got out of bed, answered nature's call, got dressed,

and cleaned the deck! It's 10 by 24 with a 6 by 6 landing and then two

steps. I did it in twenty minutes this morning, shoveled and swept,

including cleaning off the railings.

Last year. It took hours before I could walk without tears in my eyes

after getting up. I did it in sections, coming in to sit in between. It

would take all day to clean it off, and I didnt' do the railings.

That is the difference between having the meds and supplements balanced

and dosed correctly and getting over ambitious and doing too much too

soon. I was on thyroid since the July before...about five months. But I'd

added adrenal glandular at too high a dose and wore out my body. This hit

about a month after starting the adrenal, and I just didn't put it

together. The folks at Immune group figured it out. I, in my head, felt

better and did more than my body could handle. I was having problems with

muscle failure from exhaustion. My body couldnt' keep up with what my

head wanted to do.

I quit the adrenal for two months and then started again, at half the

dose I'd tried the first time... and slowly worked my way up. 6 to 8

weeks between increases.

Sometimes you just HAVE to have someone else look at what you are doing

and see if they spot what is off balance or out of whack... we can't

always see it ourselves.

Heck, it was this group that solved my insomnia and waking pain....

taking a dose when I wake and a dose (of thyroid) as I go to sleep was a

suggestion made here. I didn't come up with all these goofy things I do

on my own..... hehehehehe
