Guest guest
Jaana- are you the one who posted about the massage thing you have that when it is used can release toxins in the body? I really did not know that. I just found that really interesting. I only like back massages that are really rough and are closer to pain, lol. My husband like them to be more like barely touching, but I want a massage that really works my muscles. I have a massager thing, but I don't know if it's kinda the same thing. It's small and wooden. It's all one piece and you rub it all over your back. I like it done really hard, like having it pushed and kneaded into my back. I also have an electric massager that has infer red heat. It comes with a few attachments, and one of them is this thing that looks like two balls, only they are half a ball. That feels so good to have to really digging into my back, hard. I'd give my left kidney to have a massage right now. My rheumatologist prescribed deep tissue heat massage for some of my physical therapy. I'd do anything to go too! If I didn't have the co-pay every time, I'd be there every day! ~*Kerrie*~ The word is PERSNICKETY - RUTH Haha, Ruth - u didn't sound snippy to me - but then again, i'm so dense that i often don't catch on when someone is seriously and legitimately mad at me. Anyway: the proper word for snippy behavior in this group is "PERSNICKETY" (which is what our dear Amy was called by someone who breezed through here once - LOL!) -- that was yet another one that has to go in the FMS group hall of fame. haha!!!! poor Amy..... .....and yep! i drink 2 gallons a day! i've got these 2 gallon-sized water bottles (aka: TANKS - people make fun of me when they see me carrying these things around) that i fill with water and rotate out of the freezer -- u never see me go more than 3 minutes w/out taking a sip of water. BUT.... re: water and detox - i am SURE the theory has some truth to it. i was only saying that perhaps despite how much water u drink, there STILL are some toxins left in the body (particularly in someone like myself who has a fairly poor diet). alooooooha! jaana No virus found in this outgoing message.
