Guest guest
.. Check your status/preferences on the site. Perhaps you are marked as 'no mail'. As for the peanut butter... I love Smucker's Natural. The reason that natural peanut butter is recommended is the type of fat. Skippy has transfats (hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils). The natural pb is just peanuts and salt. What is odd... now that I only eat natural peanut butter... regular peanut butter tastes bland to me. I *never* thought I would not like Jif regular peanut butter. But, it happened!! Good luck to you!!! > > I'm currently on day 3 of SBD Phase 1 - I've done okay so far, > except for having regular peanut butter on celery as a snack - > instead of the natural type. Guest guest
Just a quick question re peanut butter. I bought bulk natural PB for years. A couple of months ago, when I was out and at the store I found Kraft 100% peanut butter. Only ingredient is peanut butter. The price was less than the regular. Now this is not a discount food store so I was surprised. Is this stuff available in the US? BTW - got tired of being out of tahini one day so I used pb. Tastes just as good but slightly different. > .. > > Check your status/preferences on the site. Perhaps you are marked as 'no mail'. > > As for the peanut butter... I love Smucker's Natural.
