Guest guest
Hello Holly, As far as I know all Kellogg's Products are not GF as they contain mostly (if nothing else) Malt from barley. You mentioned > She does eat the Kellogg's Cornpops that were made > before they added > the wheat starch and the stuff I feed her for lunch > is gluten free > and I have verified that it was gluten free as well > as dinner > things. My children eat GF since 3 years and I never heard that any of the Kellogg's products is safe. (...but certainly someone else might have a different information). Hopefully that helps to solve the mystery. Have a great day Imke (mother of two CD children, age 3 & 6)
Guest guest
I did not know they will inject > gluten into meat! Why > is this legal to do with out putting it on the > ingredients?????? Not sure if anybody addressed this but they cannot in fact inject gluten into raw, fresh or frozen meat and not label it. This a celiac urban myth. The USDA REQUIRES that any ingredient that adds nutritional value be clearly listed in raw meat. I've confimred this twice with the USDA and so have others. So if your raw (not already cooked) turkey or pork or chicken says " flavors " or " broth, " and it doesn't list wheat or barley, it's GF (most of those broths are either vegetable broth or a broth made from the meat). richard __________________________________________________

Guest guest
, although the manufacturer's are required to state when wheat is in the meat, assuming the manufacturers comply, and the label is there when bought may be a stretch. So when one is new to the gluten-free diet, they need to be told that gluten can be in a beef roast, etc., etc., etc. because how many would think wheat could be in a beef roast such that checking is necessary.
