I've heard people say they quit various addicitons by working the first three steps on it. I've never understood that. It's illogical religious babble. Yes, cigarettes were a real doozie for me to. I used the patch, with small doses of gum (only a very few times) as an extra boost when the cravings got really bad. Unfortunately, I love cigars now. I have about 4 a week.
