what an idiot your sponsor is. I'll bet he was a smoker, and didn't

want to look bad as a result of your success. I've heard people say

they quit various addicitons by working the first three steps on it.

I've never understood that. It's illogical religious babble. Yes,

cigarettes were a real doozie for me to. I used the patch, with small

doses of gum (only a very few times) as an extra boost when the

cravings got really bad. Unfortunately, I love cigars now. I have about

4 a week.
