In the book I'm reading now, " Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook " the author talks about all the benefits of n.p. My daughter is only 22 but has always had fibrocystic breasts & I had a bi-lateral mastecomy in 2/01 have 2 tiny tumors. This book says that studies suggest tht many forms of b.c. are caused by a deficiency of progesterone. She does suggest having saliva testing done first to assess hormone levels. My question is it says to put it on the face, hands, chest, inner arms & thighs-that must mean you would not put it in the vaginal area-is that right? Also, the one I bought is called Progesta-Care by Life-Flo and the main ingredients are distilled water, aloe vera gel, capryic/capric, shea butter, n.p., evening primrose oil etc. Does this sound pretty much like yours?
