Dear Lanore,

We have charts for daily supplements that we created on excel. We

also have seperate charts for chelation. So on chelation days we

have 2 charts. We check off the supplements as we give them and

check off the chelation chart when our son gets his dose of

DMSA/ALA. The chelation chart has times so I don't have to remember

what time he is getting his dose. I just look over and see, his

next dose is at noon, or whatever. I have a foggy head myself so

this is necessary. Also my husband and I work together so if he or

I give something it is checked off.

Hope all goes smoothly for you, Maddie

Hello Lenore,

You could try reading the stuff here and look for HF autism:

You'll have to read it all to look for them-- and there may not

be so many-- but I think you find the reading interesting anyway.

There should be at least SOME material that involves kids in

the general range of your son.

Andy recommends using the SAME supplements every day (on or off

days). Dosing I keep track of using a timer and I write down

when the time when I take a dose also. (I am chelating mySELF.)

that might be hard. you would need to know somehow if it is

yeast.

it varies. if there is a cyclic pattern (such as worse on or

worse off or whatever) that is good to notice. Many people find

the 1st day " off " is a tough day.

reading the love_letters file MAY help answer this question some.

If chelation is helping, then there should be improvement.

best wishes,

Moria
