Do you have any gf cracker recipes that you can 'drop' on a cookie

sheet and spread with a spoon (as opposed to rolling them out) -- I

can never seem to get my rolled out crackers thin enough!

Thanks

If you're baking for a kid, a recipe that works well is " Cookie Press

Mock Graham Crackers. " You squeeze them out of a cookie press in long

strips, and they get properly thin and crisp. We top them with colored

sugar and they are the source of much envy at preschool.

I think the recipe is copyrighted, so I'm not supposed to post it to

the list. But I found it on the web, so if you try google with the

recipe name, " Cookie Press Mock Graham Crackers " and the author, " Deb

Sullivan " you should come up with it, too. And if you don't e-mail me

directly and I'll send to it you off list.
