Guest guest
Ok this is kinda crazy, but I've done the politician thing with " vote for your favorite fruit and vegetable " (Can we count on your vote?) and keep a tally, but this is more " classroom " and we did tasting parties.... There are endless funny sight gags and one-liners you can use to cause your audience to giggle and groan! I like the food police thing best, though. Guest guest
A few years ago I was the food police. I had a police shirt and hat and I pinned food (foam) all over me. People giggled thru my entire presentation that day Staci freeworth Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Halloween costume Hello fellow RDs- Anyone working on a clever food related Halloween costume? Guest guest
I did " net carbs " one year. Had a fishing net like you have in aquariums and added bagels to it. Unfortunately most people didn't get it. I thought it was terrific! You could take it further and use fishing netting, attach various carbohydrates and drape it over you. Good luck and have fun!! Guest guest
Thanks for this idea. Very easy to do and I wore it to a small Halloween party last night and won the prize for best costume. Not elaborate but they thought it was clever - I told them where the idea came from. One of the other ladies said she's going to do it for her work on Friday since it's so easy and cute.  Barb Subject: RE: Halloween costume To: rd-usa Date: Monday, October 18, 2010, 2:48 PM  I had a friend that sewed the small cereal boxes with plastic knives in the boxes to a t shirt and went as a " cereal killer " . ________________________________ From: rd-usa [mailto:rd-usa ] On Behalf Of Boehme, Sent: Monday, October 18, 2010 7:20 AM To: 'rd-usa ' Subject: RE: Halloween costume I did " net carbs " one year.
